New L5R Campaign – Episode 3 – First Investigation

Having spend a day recovering after their mighty battle at Sweet Rice Village, they continue on their way arriving at the Vigilant Keep of the Monkey.  Where, as the clan Daimyo Toku Jihime was visiting the Capital, Toku Kobo was acting head of the Monkey Clan.  Toku Sakurako, Kobo wife, was in the courtyard running naginata practice even though she is six months pregnant.

Some of the characters join in the practice, others just rest.  Later that day, they were welcomed with a feast and given a chance to explain why they were put forward to serve as yoriki.  A good time is had by all though some speak better of their deeds than others.
