Hallan the Juggler (Petrichor 365)

Some people just wash up in Port Imperial without rhyme or reason and most of those who do, just end up staying.

One such person is Hallan the Juggler who was kicked off the ship they were traveling on for being a drunk.  Oddly, since then, he has not touched a drop of drink, something about Port Imperial awoke his love of performing in him, and since then, he has focused on that.
