Not everyone in the Sea of Stars submits to Dragonrule willingly, some seek to overthrow the dragons to take their place, others seek to free everyone from tyranny, no matter if the tyrant is dragon or another being.
One such person who seeks to overthrow all tyrants is Xarm the Worker, once a philosopher, now a dockworker. He came to the realization that labor produces all value and therefore should be in charge of production that only exists because of the workers and their efforts.
