The creature affected by this spell find themself consumed with distrust, dislike and plain unhappiness with anything strange or foreign.
On a successful save, the feeling passes as quickly as it came, but on a failed save the victim is consumed by such feelings and suffers a -2 penalty, increased by 1 per three levels of the caster to a maximum of -8 at 18th level, to any social skill roll dealing with foreign or exotic things and half that (rounded down) to any other skill roll dealing with those strange things from other places.
Notes: Just a quick spell to get this in under the wire. Still, fills a role in the social arsenal of spellcasters.
