Timepiece of Punctuality

These timepieces, usually pocket watches but occasionally other sorts, are finely crafted of the highest quality materials and usually bear the motto “Tempus Fugit.”

As long as it is wound daily, the timepiece keeps perfect time for wherever it may be and the owner can read the watch face in any condition, even total darkness.  The owner gains a +5 bonus to any check to be aware of the time and a +3 bonus to Perception rolls to be alert to dangers and hazard that may slow their progress towards a goal.  Once per day, as a free action, the owner may gain a +10′ bonus to ground speed and +1 haste bonuses to both Initiative and Reflex saves for ten minutes.
