It was said that Sir Roderick suffered one too many barbed words from an elven mage who was his companion, just for the chance to shut him up for once, he had the first of these items made.

“Silence Knave!” Amulet

These silver amulets usually have the arms of a knightly order on one side and a motto such as “silence is golden” or a maid with her finger barring her lips.  Created for a knight, Sir Roderick of Stormwatch Keep, who had suffered for too long from snide and insulting remarks from his less noble companions.
