New Spell – Stomp

T wanted a personal spell for Kael in the new Taren Kost campaign and this is what he got:

The wizard brought down his heavy wooden shoe and a crack ran from the impact point to where the warrior stood.  The floor around him erupted in a gout of stone and dust, swallowing him up for a second or two.
